Association leaders, help tell the world about the important work interpreters do! Encourage your organization’s members to contribute in this exciting project that will help advance the profession of interpreting and create greater awareness. Here are a few things you might do:
- You are welcome to can share freely from our general Downloads page, especially the Call for Submissions and one-page Flyer.
- Feel free to use our Newsletter document, which includes images and text you can copy and paste right into your association newsletter!
- If you have a listserv, you may also wish to download our Email Template to share the news with others.
- If you would like to post something about the project on your website, just drop us a line if there is anything further we can provide.
- If you are holding a conference at which you would be willing to display flyers about the project, please feel free to make as many copies as you like. Or, contact us to see if we can send some to you via regular mail. We'll also be glad to list your event on our calendar.
Managers and coordinators of interpreting services, encourage your interpreters to submit their stories! One of them may be featured in the book, reflecting well on both the interpreter and your organization. Here are a few ideas:

- If you have an internal newsletter for your interpreters, you may also wish to use the Newsletter document, with print-ready images and text you can copy and paste right into your association newsletter!
- You may also wish to use our Email Template to tell your employees and contractors about this important opportunity.
- If you are holding a meeting or event for interpreters, feel free to make copies of the flyers to share with all of your interpreters.
Trainers and educators, how many times have you heard a good story in your training sessions? Don’t hesitate to submit your own stories, but encourage the interpreters to do so too!

- At any training session you deliver, feel free to tell interpreters about the project by inserting our ready-made PowerPoint Slide.
- If you communicate with interpreters via email, you might also wish to download our Email Template too.
